Refund policy
Return or replace orders:The customer can exchange and return within a maximum period of 15 days in the following cases: Receipt of the goods damaged or defective, the arrival of the shipment by mistake, or a factory defect.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. And be sure to include the name, mobile number, and order number, specify whether you want to return or exchange, and the list of products that you want to cancel. The new goods you want to obtain, and attach a note with a description and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or refund request.
Ensure that the goods remain in their original condition and without tampering with them, opening them, or reducing some of their content, otherwise, they will not be accepted. Return and exchange must be requested within 15 days of receiving the products.We do not accept rapid perishable product returns.
